Whenever a consumer signs up an online account, we require them to agree to a EULA, which clearly sets out what the consumer web portal is designed to do, grants permission to the consumer to access the consumer web portal as well as other legal terminology and requirements.
Attached to this article is the standard EULA in place across all instance of Mabdeck.
A consumer can refuse the EULA but will not be provided with an online dashboard account on any instance of Mabdeck.
This does not replace or in any way interferes with the Terms and Condition agreement that is available for you to upload and request consumers to agree to.
