Once a statement has been approved from manual review, it can be downloaded from View Statements. You will only need to download statements for users which do not have a consumer dashboard account set up. Please see our E-Billing article for more information on this!
Downloading statements from this page will publish the statements to the accounts, update account balances and kick off the Credit Control process if one has been set up. Any statements which need to be reversed after this stage will generate a credit note onto the account.
Downloading Statements from View Statements & Invoices
Click the statements tab on the left of the screen, then click on the View Statements icon. You'll be able to see a list of all statements which have been reviewed, and are ready to download.
Select which statements to download by clicking the check box next to the statement itself, then click Download at the top of the screen. This will download the statements into a ZIP folder for you to print and send out. Once statements have been downloaded from this page, statements will move to the Archived Statements page.
You can also click the PDF icon next to an individual statement to view it, which will publish the statement to the account. You'll just need to confirm that you do want to view and publish the statement first.
Reversing Statements from View Statements & Invoices
There may be an instance where a statement has been incorrectly approved from manual review, or a statement is no longer required after it has been moved into View Statements. If this is the case then there's no need to panic, the statement can be reversed at this stage too.
Select the statement you would like to reverse on the View Statements page, then click Reverse Statements/Invoices at the top of the screen. Confirm that you would like to reverse the statement, and the process is complete!
Any statements reversed from this page will be deleted from Mabdeck, and will need to be regenerated if they are required once more.
