New data robots
We've rebuilt our data robots to work alongside the new Readings API and ensure that readings are processed in quickly and efficiently, and validated for use.
We'll have a new integration available for GoCardless Direct Debits in Mabdeck. This is a fully automated Direct Debit solution, from consumer self-set-up to transaction management. Get in touch if you want more details.
New Scheduled Summaries
New scheduled summaries will be available in Statement Generator, to allow account summaries to be generated for any desired frequency.
Vulnerable Customer Functionality
We've expanded the tools available for managing vulnerable customers, including being able to add vulnerability details, support contacts and making vulnerability actions and policies more widely available to customer support teams.
Reporting – New Reports
Improved efficiency of system reports and increased range and flexibility of report generation. We're looking to completely overhaul how reporting is used and how it works to make data availability throughout the platform more helpful. As well as making it more efficient and more accessible, we'll be increasing the number of standard reports available within the system.

Reporting – Network Profiles
New user interface for network management, including updated network level billing and reading analytics, improved supplies and devices management, and easy linking to billing profiles.
We'll be implementing deeper integration with the PAYG hubs we work with and increased consumer flexibility and experience around PAYG use. This will include easier payments, self-control of supply and much more!
Automated post fulfillment through Mabdeck for all correspondence to offer a complete generation through to door step service.
Smarter credit control
Credit control that adapts to user behaviour. Softer reminders and offers of support for the account with an out of character missed payment, or adapted credit control flows for regular non-payers.
Consumer campaign management through Mabdeck, for informing customers of network or client wide information, such as network maintenance, resident engagement or surveys or tariff changes. Configurable for all communication methods available, from notes on statements and custom generated letters, to banners on the consumer dashboard and email or text notifications.
IoT and IFTTT
Improved and expanded IoT device handling, additional billing applications for car charge points and automated billing file generation from read reports.
We're exploring enhancing Mabdeck with machine learning and IFTTT functionality, utilising blended IoT approaches like Edge IoT and home assistants, and using utility data to enhance care for vulnerable consumers with degenerative conditions.
