We are so pleased to announce that we have launched our Knowledge Base and Self-Service Support facility for our Mabdeck clients.
We have utilised Zendesk as the leading customer support software provide to constantly improve and deliver better service to you.
This means that instead of publishing a user guide that seems to get longer every day, you'll be able to access regularly updated information on our knowledge base. The easiest way to do this is through the search functionality but we've also categorised all the information and resources.
We've also included additional resources, such as user guides for equipment and our latest roadmap and release notes.
In addition to this, you can also 'Submit a Request' at the top-right of the Knowledge Base, allowing you to ask a question or report a problem. This will create a ticket the same way as it would when you email or telephone our team. You will receive a unique ticket ID which will be tracked until completion.
You can open a support account on help.mabdeck.com, just click the 'Sign-in' link at the top right and then if you have contacted us before they can 'Get a password' or if you haven't contacted us before 'Sign-up'
Once you have set-up an account, you will be able to follow articles and keep updated with the latest releases and new articles being published!
