You can set up outputs on a Billing Profile to determine the way in which you will generate bills for your residents. This currently consists of a PDF statement to print and send to the resident, however you'll soon be able to generate a Billing File which you can upload into a separate financial system. Whatever your output requirements, Mabdeck has multiple options which should cater for your needs.
Outputs can be set up on a Billing Profile, navigate through the Add Billing Profile wizard to the Outputs section to set one up. If you've already set up your Billing Profile, you can edit the Billing Profile to add in an Output.
You can choose to use default outputs, or create your own. A default output is a PDF statement, so if that's the output that you require in Mabdeck, click Use Defaults. To add a custom output, click Add Outputs.
Select your output type from the dropdown list, then the template which you would like to use. Select a rendering option then click Add Output. Your new output will appear on the list of Outputs on this Billing Profile on the right hand side.
When your statements have generated, you'll be able to download your statements in the format of the output you have selected. You can find out how to do this on our help article!
