We've launched the latest version of our Mobile Apps for iOS and Android, including all phone and tablet devices.
Mobile App's are linked to specific instances of Mabdeck, with our first launch available for mySycous and is available here:
If you have your own instance of Mabdeck, we can deploy a version of the Mobile App's for your instance. This will be listed on the App Store or Google Play Store under your preferred name and branding making it discoverable and relevant to your consumers! (NB you may need an App Developer account for your organisation to publish the Mobile App especially for iOS)
You may also want to develop your own custom Mobile App, or do it with us, which can easily be achieved through our API, just speak to your Account Manager.
How customer sign up?
They must register online for an account in order to access the Mobile App. The customer must have their account number and other personal details to do this.
As an administrator on Mabdeck, you can also initiate an online dashboard request.
How customer reset their password?
To reset a password the customer must login to their online account and enter your email address.
