General Overview & Impact

This release builds on the Security Deposit functionality created by our colleagues at FIT,
for use in the UAE market. The new functionality will automatically refund a security deposit
back to the resident, upon moving them out of the property.

This release contains the initial work completed for custom emergency credit limits, and
friendly disconnect periods in Mabdeck. This functionality will be available for users who have
an Orbit solution installed in their properties. The first lot of the work includes the ability to add a
custom friendly disconnect configuration to Mabdeck, which later can be applied to hubs in
PAYG mode, as well as a custom emergency credit limit configuration. Although this work will
be hidden for a while until it is all available, this will be tested in the background as more
functionality is added, until it is all ready for the customer to use.
