Hubs

In this release, we have made improvements to the Hub Vending section of the Hubs panel on the Manage Account page. We have now implemented a partial to refresh when a vend is applied, removing the need for the user to refresh the whole page once applied. We have now implemented a Hub Replacement form which, when accessed, will allow users to add details of a new hub and, when complete, will immediately end the previous hub as required. This will also work in PAYG mode.

Complaints

As part of this release we have built the initial pages for Complaints including the Complaint Settings page. The Complaint Settings page consists of three sections; categories, letters, and policies. In the categories section, users can view both the default categories and any custom categories they create. Although this work will be hidden for a while until it is all available, it will be tested in the background as more features are added until it is ready for the customer to use.
