General Overview & Impact

In this release, work was completed for the upcoming Friendly Disconnect and Emergency
Credit features- this will remain hidden on the frontend until the work is completed.

This release also includes further updates to the Security Deposit functionality, whereby
security deposits can now be applied to initial owner and tenant accounts.

Additionally, a new placeholder for the statements generated has been created so now, a
list of transactions between generation dates can be shown.

There were also several improvements on existing features, mainly the addition of a refresh
schedule within office hours for PowerBI reports so that the data is still updated regularly, yet
strain on resources is reduced.
