Mabdeck .NET8 Upgrade

• This release contains an upgrade of the Mabdeck .NET framework, to .NET8

Reading Robots

Ability for the Meterpoint system readings to be automatically processed into Mabdeck so
that they do not need to be uploaded manually.

Invoice and Correspondence work: FIT

A fair bit of work was completed regarding the Invoice functionality developed by the FIT
team in Dubai. This included the ability to generate an invoice displaying the correct VAT
to the customer depending on the TRN number selected, creation of invoice placeholders
to be displayed on correspondence and the generation of a correspondence reference
number for each piece of correspondence created in Mabdeck for existing and future
correspondence.

Accounts - Change Billing Mode Improvements

In this release, work was done to improve the change billing mode functionality from
PAYG mode to Credit mode on the accounts page in Mabdeck by locking the 'Confirm'
button on the modal form so that the user is prevented from double clicking the button.
This avoids the unintentional creation of duplicate SupplyPointGroups for the SupplyPoint
in the database, which has been causing some penguin pages on an account, recently.

General Improvements

In 2025.6, automatically generated Security Deposit transactions are now created by the
system user, so that it is clear these were generated automatically instead of by the user.
Additionally, we have updated Fetcher so that it is now using a .NET version that is
supported.
