General Overview & Impact
API Changes
- In the latest release we have made changes to the API call we make to the Secure API so
that we can accommodate devices with different supply types.
Orbit
- We have made changes to the way readings are passed through into Orbit. These changes ensure that only readings that calculate consumption are sent to Orbit, cutting down on the amount of unnecessary data that is sent to ensure a better data flow and to future-proof performance.
Invoices: FIT
- In this release we have added placeholders for invoices to allow relevant correspondence information to be added to Invoice templates.
EE Monitor
- EE Monitor Hubs in Mabdeck have been amended so that when actioning a change of
billing mode from Prepayment to Credit, the Hub balance and debt transactions are not
added to the EE Monitor Account to ensure they maintain the correct balance.
Credit Contol
We have made changes to the On Hold functionality of Credit Control. With the new
changes, accounts can now be given an expiry date when placed On Hold. This will
allow more versatility with how you would like to manage the accounts you have in Credit
control. You will also be required to include a reason when placing an Account On Hold to
allow easier monitoring of the status of debt.
This change also includes system note generation for when accounts are placed On Hold
and taken Off Hold. This will also assist in better monitoring of account debt.
