New Credit Control
This release has seen further progress on the New Credit Control Functionality. We have added some changes to existing elements, such as amending existing On Hold functionality to be compatible with the new AccountDebt logic. We have also implemented new functionality, updating the Credit Control Setup Page to accommodate the concept of 'Credit Control Procedures'. This will allow users to apply a variety of rules to specific Credit Control paths, allowing more versatility in how users can track outstanding debt through Mabdeck. Additional features for this are to come, but this implementation will allow easier implementation of Credit Control features in the future.

Orbit
Further work has been done to improve Solutions functionality in Orbit. Much of this work has been updating existing functionality in Orbit to handle certain jobs and objects at a Supply Level. We will continue with this work in upcoming releases to ensure that the implementation if multiple solutions works seamlessly.

SSG Statement Generator
We've continued improving the Statement Generation Process in this release, updating the "Download" step to now be responsible for sending both the Published email and Mini-Statement email to residents, ensuring consistency throughout the process. We have also added in exciting functionality that will allow statements that error during the Approval and Publishing stages to be re-approved/re-published when the error is rectified without the need to acknowledge the errors and regenerate the statement completely

General Improvements
We've made several general improvements this release. Firstly, we've continued to change some robot functionality in the backend, moving them from Hangfire Jobs to Azure functions. Similar to Release 2025.12, we have updated the Guru Reading Robot to now assigns readings for meters under a Guru hub the GUR manufacturer. This has replaced the UNKNOWN manufacturer in this process to better handle readings received in ReadingsAPI.
