You can set up a schedule on a Billing Profile to control how often you generate your outputs. For example, if you have chosen to generate a PDF statement output, you can set up a schedule to automatically generate your PDF statements on a regular basis. Schedules in Mabdeck are flexible, so you can add in a different schedule per output if you need to! For more information on how to set up an output, check out our help article!
Schedules can be set up on a Billing Profile; navigate through the Add Billing Profile wizard to the Schedules section to set one up. If you've already set up your Billing Profile, you can edit the Billing Profile to add in a Schedule. Make sure you have an output set up before you add a schedule!
Select the output that you would like the to generate on the schedule from the list, then enter a schedule name. You can choose the frequency with which you would like the schedule to run, as well as the start date of the schedule, and the run time.
Your offset will determine the number of days after the billing up to date that the schedule is run. E.g. If you want to run statements up to the 31st of the month, but want the statements to generate on 3rd of the month, enter the offset as 3. We would always recommend adding an offset of at least 2 days, to give enough time for all readings to go into Mabdeck.
Once you have completed the Add Schedule form, click Add to save it onto the Billing Profile. Your schedule will be used going forward to generate your outputs.
