Your billing run is made up of all statements on the Billing Profile, which have generated in this run. This page gives an overview of the current status of the Billing Run, and advises which actions are still outstanding. You can also download your statements here.
Billing Run Overview
The Billing Runs page will display an overview of the status of all statements in the billing run. You'll be able to see how many statements need to be approved, published and downloaded. To approve, publish and download the outstanding statements on a Billing Run, click the Billing Run itself to go to the Statement Review page.
You can also see how many statements have failed to generate, are on hold, or are complete.
Your Billing Run is considered complete when you have no remaining actions! All statements have been generated, approved, published and downloaded, no errors exist and any statements which have not been approved, published and downloaded have been marked as rejected, or are on hold.
You can also identify whether the billing run ran on a schedule, or if the statements were manually generated and by which user. The total value of the billing run is displayed in the overview, and includes the total value of all Completed statements. You'll be able get an idea of how much you are charging to your residents each billing run here!
Downloading Statements in a Billing Run
Click the dropdown menu to select an output to download the statements in, then click Download All.
If your billing run is complete, you'll get an output for all Completed statements in the Billing Run.
If your billing run is in progress, but you have no statements with status Ready to Download" you'll get an output for all Completed statements in the Billing Run.
If your billing run is incomplete, and you have any statements which are Ready to Download" the Download All button will download all these statements, and they will then be marked as completed. Make sure you print them and send them to the residents at this point!
